About Us
Lighthold Advisory is led by an engineering leader with over a decade of experience building, scaling, and optimizing operations-heavy products in healthcare and logistics — from product engineering at zero-to-scale, to cloud infrastructure architecture, to the dashboards and data systems that operations teams actually use.
The work sits at the intersection of three things most advisories don't combine: deep engineering judgement, hands-on operations experience, and a discipline around cost — particularly cloud cost — that comes from having been on the hook for the bill.
We become an extension of our clients' teams, working across geographies, sectors, and team sizes. From operations diagnostics and dashboard build-outs to cloud cost reviews and fractional CTO support, every engagement is sized to the question — not the retainer.

A practical look at what your AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud setup is silently costing you — and where the fastest, lowest-risk savings live. We also surface the $50K–$200K in credit programs most AU/NZ businesses your size qualify for, and help you actually claim them.
Build
The 3–5 dashboards that would actually change how you run the business — designed, built, and shipped end-to-end. We work with your existing data sources and BI stack (or pick the right one if you don't have one yet), and hand them over to a team that can read them on Monday morning.
Advisory
For founders and operators who need senior engineering judgement on tap — without hiring a full-time CTO. We sit beside you on architecture decisions, vendor calls, hiring loops, and quarterly planning. Engagements are scoped monthly with a clear exit ramp.

Week 1
We spend the first week understanding your operations: how decisions get made, where the data lives, what your team already tracks, and what your cloud setup looks like. Mostly conversations with you and one or two key people.
Week 2
We turn that into the deliverables: dashboard map, cloud findings, credits assessment, quick wins, 90-day roadmap. Premium tier also gets one working dashboard built end-to-end.
Walkthrough
A focused two-hour session with you and your team. We walk through every finding, answer questions, and leave you with a clear plan you can act on Monday morning.
